Dowell Windows

Scratched glass! Contractors were nice and professional getting stacking and sliding doors to work as best they could. But end of the day did not pay a premuim price for scratched glass with bent frames from Stockland and builder Inspired Homes with Dowell as the suppliers.

Very bad experience. My builder has paid you 5 months ago, glass windows are still not delivered and not put on. But these people are very shameless n very rude over phone. collecting customers money and holding for 5-6 months. Class action should be taken againt them same as BGC . Worst service ever . Never recommend anybody and will never come back.Shame on you Dowell!!

They have serious miss management and worst customer service in Australia.Please reconsider other companies before approaching Dowell windows for much better quality and customer service.I don’t recommend this company at all.

I don't believe in bad reviews until something really affects us.Unfortunately, I had to select 1 star as no option to select no star. We have a window installation pending in kitchen for ages and some issues to be rectified but after calling them so many times no response. Customer service keeps telling our site supervisor that they will call back but hasn't happened.

We recently had our windows replaced by Pete Every and his team. They did an absolutely sterling job. The frames look amazing and the security fly screens are stunning. Our home looks 20 years younger!! We are very happy with his work, leaving the site clean and tidy to finish.Thank you Pete for such an amazing job!! Highly recommend Dowell, great prices, great customer service!

An absolute shocking company to deal with and worst customer service ever.It has been a nightmare over the last eight months dealing with this company, from their sales staff Christabel to receptionist Shina and couple of their managers Chantelle and Dom plus their very rude installers/contractors.We have tried every possible avenues but unfortunately no results what so ever.We paid for Windows in full and the earliest lockup time we got was six months after however they didn’t even turned up on the booking date.It has been seven weeks since the original lockup date now and they have attended to site three times but they still haven’t completed the job.They will never reply to your emails after they sell you the product.I would strongly not recommend this company, please take your business elsewhere.

I don‘t write reviews but it seems like it‘s the only way to get a response from Dowell. moved into my new house on the 29th of July! there are few issues with our living area sliding doors and kitchen window! I have called the customer service number multiple times to have someone over to see the issues and work towards a solution but all I get from them is we will let you know next time we are in the area to come see the issues! or I have been told how is this our FAULT! I asked the builder to get in touch with Dowell and they are experiencing the same thing! If its not Dowell‘s fault then who‘s is it ? Wind blowing inside the house from the gap between the sliding door and the space under the kitchen window! we can’t have the heater on all night because it’s too hard for Dowell to fix their issues!

We are so happy with our huge new sliding patio door. Looks stunning!From the sales department to the Service Department and install guys we could not praise you guys enough.Awesome job on the install. Peter and Tom took such pride in their work. We now have a beautifully enclosed sun room that we are thoroughly enjoying. Well done all.I would recommend Dowell windows for price and service.

Have been waiting over a year now for Dowell to replace 2 windows they cracked on installation in our home. They finally tried to come and install them in December but we were called at 5pm and were told they had cracked the replacement windows when loading them onto the van and we would be contacted the following day with a new date. Didn’t hear from them for weeks and then in late Jan/early Feb they booked another day to install our replacement windows - we received a call around 11am with the EXACT same excuse as In December. I asked for them to not book another date with us until April as I was having a baby, they finally called us in May and booked in May 31st to replace the windows, my partner and I each missed a call from them just before 11 but called back 3 times within 20 mins and have not heard from them at all now a day later…If I wasn’t so annoyed I would be laughing at how ridiculous this company is.

Could not recommend Stewart and Peter enough. Amazing service, Amazing People and an Amazing job completed..Stewart and Peter is the lovliest people you would deal with and they went above and beyond to ensure the job was done perfectly.It really makes a difference when you have a company with great and quick communication, great prices and such good quality windows.I did so much research into windows before choosing Dowell and I am so happy I did.Would highly recommend.
